Delicious Italian food with a warm and cozy ambience.
We started with the complimentary bread which was delicious with the olive oil and vinegar. For mains, we had the Linguine al Granchio ($28), Margherite al Pistacchio ($24) and Burrata Pizza ($32). Both the pastas had delicious, moreish sauces and I wished the portions were more generous. The pizza was decent too.
Overall, had a pretty good meal :)
The experience was rather ordinary. The ambience is warmth, and the service felt confortable. The food, though decent, didn't quite live up to the authentic Italian flavors I was hoping for. The steak was slightly tough, and the soup lacked flavour, resulting in a rather forgettable dining experience. The pasta was the only redeeming dish; the texture felt really fresh and the sauce taste rich.
The cleanliness of the floors are not ideal as well, my wife even spotted a roach running across.
Luckily the staffs and manager are attentive and apologetic and moved us to a different table.
Etna is the perfect place for date nights, friends or corporate gatherings. Food is great. I do wish service was a little bit more attentive but they're understandably quite popular and busy. Their house breads are delicious and most of the dishes are well made. Tiramisu is a tad too sweet for me but might taste just right to others. Will definitely be back again though
Dined-in at Etna last weekend for a birthday celebration. Booking was made online and requires a confirmation on WhatsApp on the day of booking which I had missed on my end. Nevertheless, we were fortunate to be able to take the only outdoor table left which was by the pavement which was equally comfortable with nice vibe.
The service staff were all friendly and nice. Food is not the best but I do recommend the crab pasta that we had. The crab taste was not overwhelming and the bisque blends in well with the pasta. We did not particularly enjoyed the ciriole alla norcina pasta as the pasta was a little thick for our liking. We also ordered a traditional focaccia and a calzone napoletano pizza as well which were amazing too. Portions were huge and we barely were able to finish the food for a group of 4.
Overall, Etna serves great Italian food and is worth the visit. Food were reasonably priced too.
My family found our favorite Italian restaurant now. We loved every dish that we ordered. The pastas were memorable. Every bite was al dente. And the chocolate sauce that came with their cannoli was amazingly rich. It brought me back to Paris where I had the best hot chocolate that tasted like liquid chocolate.
The menu says "Contemporary Italian cuisine with a Sicilian touch made only from the finest ingredients imported from Italy 🇮🇹 where the food commands center-stage!" And I have to say that they are living up to the billing. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, really excellent food, Good atmosphere. Interesting neighborhood. What's not to like?!
The food was very good. Especially the crab pasta (10/10). The bread is very tasty (8/10). The pizza looked nice. Dough & crust good, overall 7.5/10. Service is very good (9.5/10), all service staff were friendly, attentive & helpful. Ambience good (7.5/10), acoustically a bit noisy. The table setting very nice (9/10), the table cloth has a pleasant look & comfortable feel. The tiramisu cake lacks the alcohol but still scores a solid 8.5/10. Good price value. We will be back for more delicious pasta 😋
Came here on a Monday evening for dinner with friends. Enjoyed all the food! All taste good and reasonable pricing. However, the restaurant is rather small.
